Service and eligibility
TrackCRE is a subscription research platform for commercial real estate professionals. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Access is limited to authorized, named users.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the selected order. Fees are charged in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a signed order, and may change at renewal with prior notice. Taxes are added when applicable. A seat is one named user and may not be shared.
Cancellation and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid term. Partial periods are not prorated. Enterprise terms in a signed order control if they conflict with this section.
Data and informational use
TrackCRE aggregates public records and third-party information that can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or incorrect. The service and all labels, scores, summaries, links, and alerts are provided as-is for informational and research purposes only. They are not investment, legal, tax, appraisal, credit, or lending advice. You are responsible for independent diligence and professional judgment.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, republish, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the service to build a competing database without written permission. You may not bypass access controls, share credentials, misuse personal information, or use TrackCRE for unlawful discrimination or consumer-credit decisions.
Intellectual property
TrackCRE and its software, interface, scoring logic, original analysis, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. Source records remain subject to their respective public-record or third-party terms. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the service internally during the paid term.
Availability and changes
Public sources and third-party services can change or become unavailable. We may update coverage, data sources, features, and these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a signed Enterprise order includes a specific service-level commitment.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackCRE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made from the service. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed fees paid by you to TrackCRE during the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or material breach. Provisions concerning ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, and payment obligations survive termination.
