Public-record and third-party data
TrackCRE aggregates commercial real estate information from public and licensed sources. These include SEC EDGAR filings, county appraisal and ArcGIS records, and Google Places business information, photos, ratings, and reviews. This material describes properties, loans, entities, and market signals. It may contain business contact or ownership information already present in public records.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure TrackCRE, provision authorized accounts, support customers, process subscriptions, improve coverage and matching, generate non-quoted review summaries, measure product performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity. We may also use product analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the service. We do not use sensitive property or loan records for consumer advertising.
