Data licensing

Use TrackCRE data inside your business, with clear boundaries

Subscriptions support internal research and acquisition workflows. Redistribution, resale, and building a competing database require written permission.

Standard permitted use

  • Research properties and loans for your organization.
  • Use included CSV exports in internal models, underwriting, and customer-relationship workflows.
  • Share findings internally with authorized colleagues.
  • Cite and independently verify underlying public records.

Permission required

  • Reselling or broadly republishing TrackCRE data.
  • Systematic extraction outside included export or API features.
  • Using the service to build or enrich a competing database.
  • Removing source attribution or third-party notices.

Public feed and API

The public feed and public JSON endpoint may be used for evaluation and ordinary reference. They do not grant a right to mirror the service, operate a competing feed, or redistribute the dataset at scale.

Source records and property media

Underlying public records remain subject to applicable public-record rules. Third-party property information, photos, ratings, and reviews remain subject to their providers' terms and attribution requirements. A TrackCRE subscription does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Enterprise delivery

Enterprise API access, bulk delivery, permitted recipients, retention, redistribution, and service levels are defined in a written order. We can scope a license around an internal data warehouse, underwriting system, or another agreed workflow.

No consumer-credit use

TrackCRE is commercial real estate research. It may not be used for consumer-credit decisions, unlawful discrimination, or misuse of personal information.

The Terms of Service control standard subscriptions. Contact us for a written enterprise license or a permitted-use question.
